Daniel Francis Doyle, "Unrecognizable" (2018)

I have designed packaging for dozens of cassette releases for Single Girl Married Girl, the record label that I co-direct with Yianni Kourmadas. The artists that we work with often bring us images or ideas for packaging and I figure out how to incorporate them on to the many surfaces of the 3-D object that we produce together.

I was psyched when beloved musician friend Daniel Francis Doyle hired me to design the cassette packaging for the album Unrecognizable that he recorded with his band, Daniel Francis Doyle and the Dreams. I created the track listing and credits image above in response to the photo collages by Ben Aqua that appear on the opposite side of the j-card.
